Moshe Bateva - מֹשֶׁה בַּתֵּבָה

Pronunciation: Mo·she ba·te·va

Literal translation: Pig in a blanket

Moshe BaTeva is an all-time favorite here in Israel, and there isn't a kid that doesn't love the dough-covered hot dog dish. This culinary masterpiece is considered a delicacy in kibbutzim. Still not sure what the dish is? In Israel, it has one name in Hebrew but in other countries, you may hear it called pigs in a blanket.
